This site does not add advertising trackers, analytics tools or non-essential cookies. The price estimator runs in your browser. It does not send your choices to us or save them in cookies or browser storage.
Our hosting provider, Microsoft Azure, may process technical information such as your IP address, request details and security logs to deliver and protect the site. Microsoft's privacy statement explains its practices.
When you contact us
If you email or call, we receive the information you choose to share, such as your name, contact details, business information and project requirements. Email links open your own email application; this website does not send an enquiry automatically.
We use enquiry information to respond, prepare a quote and discuss or deliver the services you request. Where applicable, this is necessary to take steps towards a contract or perform it. For business contact information and general enquiries, we rely on our legitimate interest in handling enquiries and running our service.
Sharing and keeping information
Our hosting and email providers process information needed to operate those services. We use Gmail for enquiries. Google's privacy policy explains its practices. Provider processing may involve countries outside the UK under the provider's applicable transfer arrangements. We do not sell enquiry information.
We keep information only for as long as it is needed to handle your enquiry, provide any agreed service, meet record-keeping duties or resolve a dispute. We review information against these purposes rather than keeping every enquiry indefinitely.

Depending on the circumstances, you can ask to access or correct your information, request deletion or restriction, object to processing based on legitimate interests, or request a portable copy. Contact us using the details above. You can also raise a concern with the Information Commissioner's Office.
